Software quality secret: The bus count

The first time I heard of the bus count was in the video I embedded above. The idea is really simple: How many people of your team / your company can be killed by a bus until nothing moves any more.

The aim should be of course that there is no single point of failure. Ideas like code reviews, pair programming, collective code ownership and generalists over specialists are related to that.
