The first thing we did when using our new homepage of eg BackupGoo was: generated email addresses. support@ team@ contact@ me@ and so on.
The cool thing is that your company looks immediately more impressive. Bigger team and such.
The downside is that you have more management going on. Who answers what? Which email has already been answered and so on.
So it might be useful having only one email for your whole company. At least in terms of communicating with press / support / the team.
